We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small friendly team. Working a full time 40 hour week, the catering team collectively cover weekends and occasional evening functions.
The successful applicant ideally should have NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 qualifications, but common sense and ability to work on your own initiative are very important.
A love of food and it's preparation are essential.
You must be able to provide your own transport.
