What or Who inspires you?
Anyone who truly sets an example without being vain or self-obsessed.

What was the first record you ever bought?
The Ugly Duckling - Danny Kaye.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would play the lead role as you?
Nobody with any sense!

What’s the quirkiest job you’ve ever had?​​​​​​?
Conducting part of a Bach Choir carol concert in Wormwood Scrubs.

Tell us a couple of amazing facts about you that others might not know?
Having been in the Bach Choir in the Royal Festival Hall singing Elgar's Dream of Gerontius on a Saturday evening, then driving to Fairfield Croydon where I was responsible for programming the Concert Hall as were screening Bruno v Tyson at 3.00am on the Sunday morning. I never needed to change out of my dinner jacket. Two very different audiences! 

Purchasing Rolling Stones' LPs when at school in the late 1960s, but not actually seeing them perform until almost 50 years later when my son and I went to the London Stadium on 25th May 2018 - I believe this was the last time Charlie Watts played with them in London.

What’s your favourite film?
The Odd Couple - Lemmon & Matthau.  Brilliant writing by Neil Simon.

What’s your favourite song?
Sorry, so many that I cannot decide.

If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?To be able to choose exactly when, but additionally having the power such that my action would not affect anyone else, I could die.
I believe that, in some ways, life is the most unfair contract there is, much as I enjoy it.

Your favourite place or holiday destination?
Mallorca.

Tell us your favourite food?
Roast chicken. I know that may sound boring, but if done well I never tire of it.
